Every shape and size

The inspection of gear elements demands a high degree of technical flexibility. At the 100% inspection, e.g. the camera positions will be automatically adjusted to the size of the test part. To meet the requirements of the sector, we have the ability to check for you variable shapes and sizes of toothing parts.

Surface inspection and measurement

Aim of the optical 100% inspection is the warranty of the zero-defects delivery. Therefore, the different inspection tasks for surface and measurement are simultaneous, in each case separated in sequent subtests.

Gear wheel inspection in practice

In SAC’s standardised testing device is already every required constituents assembled for the toothing inspection. Through the compact construction, the testing device can be easy and quickly integrated on the spot.
