The new development of SAC inspects the surface of toothing parts in every shape and size for 100% quality. Therefore, we have specially constructed a testing device which automatically adjusts itself to the respective test part. The schematically build-up as well as the practically application of the software by the toothing inspection will be shown at the exhibit.

Toothing Inspection.

Two 3D cameras will be assembled for the car tyre inspection: one camera measures the profile depth via a line laser and another camera reads the sidewise placed lettering by the line laser (OCR/OCV). Accordingly, it can be guaranteed that the vehicle will be delivered with the requested car tyre.

The exhibit VisionLine demonstrates the functional mode of our systems for the surface inspection of continuous material. In this case, two possible practical applications will be shown: here, two line scan cameras check the strip material for imperfections.

On the basis of various systems, the visitor recognizes the differences at the application by his own and gets immediately a realistic insight in the fields of application.
